Tutorials & Tips

Go beyond the basics. Learn how to get maximum value from every feature in EverPrime.

Mastering Your Stack

Use Interaction Checking Before You Buy

Before adding a new supplement, tap "Check Interactions" on the Add Supplement screen to see how it pairs with your current stack. EverPrime flags negative interactions (absorption competition, enzyme conflicts) and highlights beneficial synergies. This saves you from wasting money on supplements that cancel each other out.

Optimize Timing for Maximum Absorption

Timing matters more than most people realize. Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) absorb best with a meal containing fat. Magnesium and zinc compete for the same transporters, so take them at different times. EverPrime surfaces these evidence-based timing rules automatically in the Optimize tab.

Understand Quality Ratings

Not all supplements are created equal. EverPrime rates products based on form bioavailability (e.g., magnesium glycinate vs. oxide) and brand quality credentials. Check the Quality tab on any supplement detail screen to see how your product compares and whether an upgrade exists.

Review the Evidence Behind Every Recommendation

Every recommendation in EverPrime cites peer-reviewed research. Tap the evidence badge on any recommendation card to expand the citation details, including study type, population, and confidence level. Strong, moderate, limited, and insufficient evidence are clearly labeled so you can make informed decisions.

Building Consistency

Set Up Smart Reminders

Configure push notifications for each timing window. Morning reminders can fire at your wake-up time, while evening reminders can align with your wind-down routine. Consistent reminders are the single biggest driver of long-term supplement adherence.

Use Streak Milestones as Motivation

Your streak counter and achievement badges reward consistency. Aim for the 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day milestones. Research shows that most supplement benefits require at least 4–8 weeks of consistent use to become noticeable, so streaks are not just gamification—they are a measurement of effectiveness.

Log Skipped Doses Honestly

Long-press a supplement to mark it as "skipped" rather than leaving it unlogged. Honest logging gives you accurate adherence data and helps EverPrime generate better insights. Skipping is not failure—it is data.

Anchor Supplements to Existing Habits

The most reliable way to build a supplement routine is to "stack" it onto an existing habit. Take morning supplements with your first glass of water. Take evening supplements while brushing your teeth. The less you have to think about it, the more consistent you will be.

Understanding Your Scores

Vitality Score Breakdown

Your overall Vitality Score is a weighted composite of four sub-scores: Relevance (how well your stack aligns with your goals), Safety (interactions, dosing, and redundancies), Execution (timing and food pairing compliance), and Quality (form bioavailability and brand credentials). Focus on the lowest sub-score for the biggest improvement.

Stack Health vs. Individual Scores

Stack Health is the holistic view of your entire regimen—it considers cross-supplement interactions and overall balance. Individual supplement scores rate each product in isolation. A supplement can score well on its own but drag down Stack Health if it interacts poorly with others in your stack.

Evidence Confidence Ratings

Every research-backed claim shows a confidence badge: Strong (multiple RCTs, meta-analyses), Moderate (at least one RCT), Limited (observational studies), or Insufficient (preliminary data only). Use these to calibrate how much weight to give each recommendation.

How to Improve a Low Score

Go to the Optimize tab and look at Quick Wins—these are small, high-impact changes like adjusting timing or switching forms. Each Quick Win shows a simulated score increase so you can prioritize the changes that matter most. Accepting a Quick Win automatically updates your schedule or stack.

Pro Tips

Use the Journal for Outcome Tracking

Regular journal entries create a feedback loop. After 7+ days, EverPrime starts comparing your well-being trends against your supplement intake patterns. This is one of the most powerful features for discovering what actually works for you.

Update Your Profile as Your Goals Change

Life changes—and so should your stack. If you start training for a marathon, shift to a ketogenic diet, or have new health concerns, update your profile. This triggers a full re-evaluation of recommendations and may surface supplements you had not considered before.

Check the Research Tab on Supplement Details

Every supplement detail screen has a Research tab showing the aggregated evidence. This includes study citations, population-specific data, and dosage ranges from clinical trials. Use it to fact-check claims and make educated decisions about your regimen.

Export Your Data Before Doctor Visits

Use Settings > Export Data to generate a clean summary of your current stack, dosages, and timing. Share this with your healthcare provider so they have full context. This is especially important if you are on prescription medications that may interact with supplements.
