Getting Started

How do I add supplements to my stack?

Tap the + button on the Stack tab or use the "Add Supplement" option from the Today screen. Search for your supplement by name, then set your brand, form, dosage, and preferred schedule.

How do I set up my daily schedule?

After adding a supplement, you can assign it to a timing window—Morning, Afternoon, or Evening. EverPrime will automatically suggest optimal timing based on absorption science and interaction data.

How do I track my daily intake?

From the Today screen, tap the circle next to each supplement to log it as taken. You can also long-press to mark it as skipped. Your streak builds automatically as you log consistently.

Stack Optimization

What is the Vitality Score?

Your Vitality Score is a 0–100 composite metric that reflects how well your supplement stack is optimized. It factors in relevance to your health goals, safety (interactions and dosing), execution (timing and food pairing), and product quality. Higher scores mean your stack is better aligned with evidence-based practices.

How do recommendations work?

EverPrime analyzes your health profile, current stack, and 11,300+ research findings to generate personalized recommendations. These include timing optimizations, quality upgrades, new supplement suggestions, and lifestyle adjustments—all backed by peer-reviewed evidence.

How does interaction checking work?

When you add or modify supplements, EverPrime checks against a curated database of 42 known supplement interactions. You will see warnings for negative interactions (like calcium reducing iron absorption) and highlights for beneficial synergies (like vitamin D enhancing calcium uptake).

Premium Features

What is included in Premium?

EverPrime Premium unlocks unlimited deep analysis, advanced stack health insights, full evidence breakdowns with citation details, personalized optimization recommendations, priority support, and early access to new features.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to Settings > Manage Subscription within the app, or visit your device's subscription settings directly.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, go to Settings > Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.

Tracking & Progress

How do streaks work?

Your streak counts consecutive days where you logged all scheduled supplements. Missing a single day resets your streak. Streaks help build accountability and consistency—two of the most important factors for supplement effectiveness.

What is the journal feature?

The journal lets you record daily check-ins on how you feel. Over time, EverPrime analyzes trends in your journal entries alongside your supplement intake to surface potential correlations and insights.

How do I view my progress insights?

Navigate to the Progress tab to see your intake history calendar, streaks, achievements, and trend charts. Premium users get access to deeper analytics including rolling averages and correlation data.

Account & Privacy

How is my data secured?

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored with row-level security policies, ensuring only you can access your information. We never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. You can also request deletion by emailing support@everprime.app.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings > Export Data to download your supplement list, intake history, and profile information in a portable format.
