By downloading, installing, or using the EverPrime mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

EverPrime provides supplement tracking, timing optimization, interaction checking, and educational health information. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze supplement stacks and provide personalized recommendations.

3. Medical Disclaimer

EverPrime is for educational and informational purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement regimen. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by this App.

4. AI-Generated Content

Some content in the App is generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should always be verified with a healthcare professional. In accordance with California AB 3030, we disclose that recommendations, analysis, and educational content may be generated by AI.

5. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

EverPrime offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you provide to the App, including supplement lists, intake logs, and health information. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the service.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Use the App to provide medical advice to others without appropriate credentials
• Share your account credentials with third parties

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by EverPrime and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverPrime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the App's settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
