EverPrime ("we," "us," or "our") operates the EverPrime mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

- Account information (email address, display name) when you create an account
- Supplement data: the supplements you track, dosages, brands, forms, and scheduling preferences
- Health profile information: health goals, dietary preferences, activity level, and lifestyle factors you choose to share
- Intake logs: records of when you take or skip supplements
- Any feedback, support requests, or communications you send us
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: device type, operating system, and app version
- Usage data: features used, screens viewed, and app events
- Push notification tokens for delivering reminders you configure
- Crash reports and performance data to improve app stability
2.3 HealthKit Data
With your explicit permission, EverPrime may read sleep data from Apple HealthKit to correlate with your supplement regimen. HealthKit data is used solely within the App for your personal insights and is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the App's features
- Generate personalized supplement timing, interaction, and optimization recommendations
- Send push notifications for supplement reminders you configure
- Track your intake streaks and provide progress insights
- Improve our AI models and recommendation algorithms in aggregate
- Respond to your support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
4. AI-Generated Content
EverPrime uses artificial intelligence to analyze your supplement stack and generate personalized recommendations. In accordance with California AB 3030, we disclose that:
- Recommendations, interaction checks, and educational content may be generated by AI
- Your supplement data is processed by AI models to provide personalized insights
- AI-generated content should be verified with a healthcare professional
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Supplement data and intake logs are synced to the cloud so you can restore your data if you switch devices or reinstall the App.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), authenticated API access, and row-level access controls to ensure only you can access your data.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use Supabase for database hosting, RevenueCat for subscription management, and push notification services to deliver reminders. These providers only access data necessary to perform their services.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@everprime.app. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of certain data processing activities
The App includes a data export feature in Settings that lets you download your supplement data, intake history, and profile information.
9. Children's Privacy
EverPrime is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as supplement retailers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
